Hand Solder Operator

+ What you’ll do:

• Hand solder electronic components, wires, and terminals to PCBs or other assemblies •

Perform rework, BGA placement/removal, fine-pitch soldering, jumper routing, and repairs •

Clean and maintain soldering equipment after use

• Complete required product documentation, reports, and records

• Follow all quality, safety, and health standards

• Collaborate with team members to achieve production and customer goals

• Perform other duties as assigned
