Licensed Physical Therapist

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Licensed Physical Therapist with a specialized focus in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation to join our growing team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients dealing with various pelvic health dysfunctions, utilizing our established Pelvic Floor Rehab Program to help patients achieve their maximum level of independence and improved quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive, individualized physical therapy evaluations and design customized treatment plans for patients experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, pelvic pain, prenatal/postpartum complications, and related conditions.
• Deliver high-quality, one-on-one therapeutic interventions and hands-on manual therapy techniques.
• Educate patients and their families regarding anatomy, home exercise programs, and long-term self-management strategies.
• Collaborate seamlessly with our multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, assistants, and referring physicians.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic medical documentation and progress reports.
