Assembly Associate

The Greer Group is hiring Assembly Associates for a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing company in the East Asheville/Swannanoa area.

Pay & Schedule

• $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
• Monday – Thursday
• 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!

What You'll Do

• Assemble small fiber optic components and products
• Use basic hand tools
• Follow simple work instructions
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• Prior manufacturing experience and experience with measurement tools
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
