About who needs care: Ke ny is a Hoyer Lift Transfer or sliding board. He has semi functional arms and legs. Due to muscle weakness and sensory deficits he requires assist with ADLs and Transfers. About the care needs: The person who has worked with seniors. It could be professional or helping an elderly familly or friend. Has experience or willing to learn ADL care and Transfer methods from trained rehab staff. Reliability and reliable transportation is neccesary. The caregiver The age of the caregiver has to be a mature 21 years or older. Senior helping our senior is acceptable as well. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
