Accounts Payable Secialist

What You’ll Do

• Process high-volume inventory and vendor invoices.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and warehouse receipts.
• Research discrepancies and dig into issues to find solutions.
• Process payments via check, ACH, and wire.
• Reconcile AP activity to the general ledger and vendor statements.
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Support the accounting team as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous AP experience, ideally in a high-volume, inventory, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
