Are you an experienced Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced transportation environment?Qualified Staffing is currently seeking a Part-Time Dispatcher to support our client in Forsyth, GA.Schedule: Part-Time Monday- Friday, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm (could move to full-time)Pay Rate: $15-20/hr based on experienceAvailable positions: 1 Requirements2+ years OTR dispatch experienceHigh school diploma or GEDStrong customer service and communication skillsKnowledge of HOS and FMCSA regulationsComfortable working with drivers, brokers, shippers, and customersOrganized, detail-oriented, and good with time managementAble to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Outlook, Word, and ExcelFreight systems and load board experience preferred (AVAAL, Internet Truck Stop, Motive)ResponsibilitiesDispatch and schedule driversTrack and monitor loadsCommunicate updates and resolve issuesNegotiate rates with brokers and customersEnsure HOS and safety complianceMaintain records, billing, and invoicingPrepare reports and escalate issues as neededUphold confidentiality and professionalismWhy work for Qualified Staffing? We offer a benefits package to our employees.
