Paralegal

Robert Half is partnering with a local law firm in Tacoma, WA to identify a Trial Paralegal who is ready to IMMEDIATELY jump in to assist and possibly join their team. This position is contract with potential for extension/conversion into a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit legal pleadings, complaints, motions, and related court documents with accuracy and attention to filing requirements.
• Manage electronic filings in county (King, Pierce, and Snohomish) and federal courts.
• Draft, organize, and respond to discovery materials while maintaining complete and well-structured case files.
• Maintain calendars for hearings, deadlines, and case milestones to support effective scheduling and timely case movement.
• Assist with trial preparation by organizing exhibits, compiling records, and supporting all pre-trial logistics for upcoming proceedings.
• Review and manage medical records and other supporting documentation relevant to personal injury claims.

2+YOE as a paralegal experience supporting civil litigation and/or personal injury matters.

The salary range for this position is $33-40/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
