Onsite Property Manager – HUD Section 8 Housing

Position Summary
HUD Compliance & Recertifications
• Manage all aspects of HUD Section 8 compliance.
• Complete annual and interim recertifications in accordance with HUD Handbook 4350.3.
• Verify income, assets, employment, and household composition.
• Process EIV reports and resolve all discrepancies.
• Ensure all resident files remain audit-ready and compliant.
• Maintain TRACS submissions and resolve transmission errors.
• Monitor resident eligibility and subsidy changes.
• Prepare for Management and Occupancy Reviews (MORs) and other regulatory inspections.
