Entry Level Assembler 18-20.50/HR

The Assembler performs repetitive workstation or line assembly operations to build knife components into fully assembled products. This role uses hand and power tools to complete mechanical assembly tasks, learns and rotates through all stations by the end of training, and maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety regulations.

• Perform repetitive workstation or assembly line operations to assemble knife components into completed knives.
• Use hand tools and power tools to carry out mechanical assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Learn and become proficient in all assembly stations by the end of the training period.
• Work with small parts and follow multiple steps in sequence to complete each assembly process.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly, and safe condition at all times.
• Follow prescribed safety regulations and contribute to a safety-minded culture on the production floor.
• Meet daily production numbers and work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Stay focused and on task to ensure consistent quality and productivity throughout the shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing and production needs.

• Strong manual dexterity to handle small parts and perform precise assembly tasks.
• Good attitude and clear communication skills to work effectively with teammates and supervisors.
• High attention to detail to ensure accurate assembly and product quality.

• Experience with mechanical assembly or production line work is beneficial.
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic mechanical tools used in assembly.
• Comfort working in a manufacturing setting with daily production targets.
• Ability to adapt to different stations and tasks as training progresses.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, OR.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
