Assistant Retail Manager

The Assistant Retail Manager supports the retail store's daily operations and helps lead the team to achieve sales goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role works closely with the Retail Manager to ensure efficient store management, inventory control, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily store operations and staff scheduling
• Support sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues
• Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment
• Coach and train retail staff to enhance performance and product knowledge
• Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Collaborate with the Retail Manager on budgeting and reporting
