• Math Resource Teacher: Provide math instruction to students requiring resource support. Requires both Special Education and Math certifications.
• Academic Vocational Life Skills Teacher: Deliver a comprehensive academic and vocational curriculum to students with diverse learning needs. Special Education certification is required, and Core Content certification (EC-6 accepted) is preferred.

To excel in either of these roles, you must have prior experience working in special education settings at the high school level and hold current, relevant Texas certifications. Your background should include developing IEPs, collaborating with colleagues, and supporting students in either mathematics or life skills/vocational content depending on the position. Applicants should highlight their experience working collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams and facilitating inclusive classroom environments.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Texas Special Education Certification is required for both positions
• Math certification required for the Math Resource Teacher role

• Proven experience in special education within high school settings
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to tailor instruction to meet diverse student needs
