Shift:

• 1st shift for training (6am-2:30pm)
• 2nd shift after training (1:30-12am)
• Shifts are 4 10s (Overtime available on Fridays)

Pay rate: $23-$27/hour

Required Skills & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of electronic, electrical, cable assembly, or manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of tools: Drills, soldering, nuts, bolts, screws
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Description

• Assemble electrical and electromechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products according to manufacturing drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Perform cable harness assembly, wire routing, crimping, connector installation, and soldering operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, bills of material (BOMs), assembly prints, and engineering documentation.
• Install, connect, and verify electrical components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Conduct visual inspections and basic functional testing to ensure assemblies meet quality standards and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and identify assembly issues, reporting discrepancies to supervisors or engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Follow all safety, quality, and defense manufacturing procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work area.
