Training and Adoption Specialist (Journeyman)

We are looking for a Training and Adoption Specialist (Journeyman) to support business teams through effective learning strategies and user adoption efforts. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who can translate business needs into practical training solutions, guide change initiatives, and help improve end-user readiness for new tools and processes. The role combines business analysis, communication, and stakeholder support to strengthen adoption outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver engaging training programs that prepare employees to use business systems and processes effectively.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess readiness, identify adoption challenges, and recommend practical change management approaches.
• Gather and analyze business needs to create training materials, job aids, and documentation aligned with operational goals.
• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and support sessions to reinforce learning and encourage user confidence.
• Review existing workflows and perform gap analysis to identify areas where additional training or process clarification is needed.
• Collaborate with Agile Scrum teams and business partners to align training efforts with project timelines and evolving requirements.
• Support customer-facing and call center teams by developing resources that improve service consistency and process understanding.
• Track feedback and adoption results to refine learning content and improve overall effectiveness.
• Contribute to document review activities to ensure training content is accurate, current, and easy to follow.• Proven experience developing and delivering training for business users in a structured work environment.
• Hands-on background in technology adoption, organizational change support, or user enablement initiatives.
• Certification from a recognized change management or training methodology organization is required.
• Experience with business analysis practices, including requirements gathering and gap analysis.
• Ability to create clear documentation, learning materials, and user-facing process guidance.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum environments and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups.
• Prior experience supporting customer service or call center operations is preferred.
