Tax Senior - Individual & Corporate Tax

Responsibilities:

• Tax preparation and review for individuals, partnerships, S-Corporations, and C-Corporations

• Develop tax planning and advisory recommendations

• Use modern tax, accounting, and workflow technology

• Manage client communications and consultations

• Mentor tax preparers and support review workflows

• Identify additional CFO and accounting service opportunities

• Maintain quality control, compliance, and data security standards

Qualifications:

• 3-6+ years of progressive public accounting experience

• CPA or EA credentialed, pursuing, or actively working toward credentialing

• Strong QuickBooks Online and modern tax/accounting software experience

• Strong communication and client relationship skills

• Proactive mindset with interest in automation and process improvement
