Production Worker Job Details

Monday – Friday | 3pm - 1230am | $17.50/Hour

Production Worker Requirements

• Train on first shift for 1-2 weeks, transfer over to 2nd shift.
• Previous packing, warehouse, or food production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

About the Production Worker Role

As a Production Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Pack food products into boxes according to company specifications and production requirements.
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and proper packaging before boxing.
• Label, seal, and prepare boxes for distribution.
• Stack finished boxes onto pallets in a safe and organized manner.
• Ensure pallets are built securely and meet shipping standards.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Assist with production line operations as needed.
• Report any product defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Meet daily production and packaging goals.
