Dock Stocker

• Operate Dock Stockers, High Reach Trucks, and Stand-Up Forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, and store inventory throughout the facility.
• Replenish production workstations with materials as needed.
• Inspect products for damage and report inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory and equipment activity records.
• Support general warehouse and material handling operations.
• Follow all safety procedures while helping maintain a clean and organized workplace.

• Minimum 6 months of forklift or warehouse equipment experience.
• Hands-on experience operating stand-up forklifts, high reach trucks, or dock stockers.
• Experience with Raymond or Crown equipment is highly preferred.
• Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Comfortable working in a technology-driven warehouse environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CARLISLE, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.05 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
