Caregiver Needed

Looking for a daytime caregiver for my 74 yo mother in Franklin, VA who was recently diagnosed with PSP (a form of Parkinson's Disease). She is cognitively sharp but has some trouble with her speech. She wants to remain as independent and active as possible, but still needs help/supervision with her ADLs. We are also seeking help with meal preparation, companionship, errands/appointments, and light housekeeping. Preference is for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets (cat and dog) and CPR / first-aid trained.
