Nanny Needed

I have three kids, one is 1, the other are almost 3 and almost 5. My 5-year-old take night meds. My 3-year-old take gummies for sleep at night too. My kids still don't know how to wipe they butts after pooping. They go to bed around 8:30. They eat dinner around 5:30. We do have a dog but he is very lovable and does not bite. He may growl but I have never seen him bite anyone. They have They own phones so they can watch TV. If they phones die, they take a type c charger and that would be located on the end of the couch by the door.
