What you'll do

• Clean customer homes as part of a small crew, following our step-by-step process

• Follow directions from your Team Leader and keep a consistent routine

• Treat every home and customer with care and respect

• Follow safety and security procedures in every home

What we're looking for

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Comfortable with active physical work (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, reaching)

• Reliable transportation to a daily meet-up point

• Basic English proficiency

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not required

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Background check

Preferred qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in the cleaning & maintenance services industry
