Warehouse Associate

Location: Mint Hill, NC 

Job Type: Full/Part time 

Schedule: Monday – Friday, no evenings or weekends 

Pay: $15-$20 per hour

We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a moderately-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

· Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments

· Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

· Load and unload materials safely

· Maintain accurate inventory records

· Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

· Follow company procedures and safety guidelines

· Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

· Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required

· Ability to lift and move packages and materials

· Good attention to detail and organizational skills

· Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Forklift experience/certification is a plus
