We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our team at Greendale Nursing & Rehab. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing home and ensuring the highest level of care and quality services for our residents.

About the Role:

As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall management and direction of our nursing home. This includes:

• Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to our multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.

• Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, including budgeting, staffing, and patient care.

• Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards.

Requirements:

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) Certificate: Must be certified by the State of Wisconsin.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a long-term care setting, with at least 2 years in a management or administrative role.

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, families, andexternal stakeholders.
