Experienced Electrician Residential Crew Leader

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a residential electrical crew on job sites, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential properties including wiring, panels, and fixtures
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and building plans
• Ensure all work meets NEC code requirements and passes local inspections
• Coordinate daily crew schedules, assignments, and job site logistics
• Mentor and train apprentice and journeyman electricians on best practices
• Communicate project updates and progress to management and clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of residential electrical experience
• Proven experience leading or supervising an electrical crew
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local electrical regulations in Florida
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments
