As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Maggie Valley Health & Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care to our residents. Our multidisciplinary team is dedicated to providing the highest level of care, focusing not only on treating medical issues but also on nurturing the overall mental and physical wellness of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, individualized nursing care to our residents in a long-term care setting
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team
• Implement and maintain infection control practices to ensure a safe environment for our residents and staff
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
• Participate in orientation, training, and continuing education programs to maintain expertise and stay current with industry developments
