We are seeking dedicated PRN Occupational Therapists to join our supportive healthcare environment. Our team values collaboration, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care while providing the flexibility of a PRN schedule.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and Treat Residents — Assess and treat residents with physical, cognitive, and functional limitations.

• Develop Individualized Treatment Plans — Create and implement treatment plans focused on improving daily living skills, functional abilities, and independence.

• Collaborate With the Care Team — Work closely with interdisciplinary team members to support resident progress and achieve positive outcomes.

• Maintain Accurate Documentation — Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.

• Educate Residents & Caregivers — Provide education to residents, families, and caregivers regarding therapy goals, adaptive techniques, and home exercise or activity programs.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program required.

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of practice required.

• One (1) year of experience preferred.

• Strong communication, clinical, and documentation skills.

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred, but not required.

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to patient care.

• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered therapy services.
