Shift: Full-Time Evenings, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

KidsTLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated RN or LPN to join our nursing team on the 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM evening shift.

In addition to your hourly pay, KidsTLC offers a weekend shift differential for eligible weekend hours, giving you the opportunity to earn more when working weekends.

In this role, you'll provide high-quality nursing care while supporting the physical and emotional well-being of the children and families we serve. You'll work alongside a collaborative team committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized nursing care and assessments
• Administer and manage medications
• Monitor clients' physical and emotional health
• Coordinate medical and psychiatric care
• Educate clients regarding medications and health conditions
• Collaborate with providers, nursing leadership, and treatment teams
• Help create a safe, supportive environment where children can heal and grow

What We're Looking For

• Current Kansas RN or LPN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and clinical nursing skills
• Compassion, empathy, and sound clinical judgment
• Psychiatric nursing experience preferred
