We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RD Registered Dietician to join our healthcare team at White Oak Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Toledo, OH. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

RD Registered Dietician Responsibilities

As an RD Registered Dietician, you will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans for patients with diverse dietary needs and preferences
• Conducting nutrition assessments and evaluating patient responses to nutrition interventions
• Providing education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers on nutrition-related topics
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and nutrition plans
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

RD Registered Dietician Requirements

• Registered Dietician (RD) certification
• Prior experience in a nursing home as a Dietician preferred
