What You'll Do

As a CNA, you will:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Support residents during meals and encourage independence whenever possible
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Observe and communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Document care accurately and timely
• Assist with transfers and mobility using appropriate equipment and safety practices
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional resident care

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification (or eligibility to obtain certification according to state requirements)
• Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and personal care needs
• Basic knowledge of healthcare and resident care practices
• Previous senior living, long-term care, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience is preferred but not required
