Ameriwell Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable New Jersey-licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home, person-centered, therapy sessions for an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Jackson, NJ.
Location: Jackson, NJ
Schedule: Part-time and flexible

Responsibilities:
Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Support motor and independent-living skills
Collaborate with families and the individual’s support team
Qualifications:
Current New Jersey Occupational Therapist license
Strong communication and documentation skills
