About the Role:

As an Administrator (LNHA), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Administration and Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining a high level of quality care and services.

• Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and other support staff.

• Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality improvement programs to ensure that our facility maintains the highest standards of care and service.

• Communication: Collaborate with our clinical team, families, and external partners to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.

Requirements:

• License: Current License as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of Missouri

• Experience: Minimum of [number of years] years of experience in a long-term care setting, with a focus on administration and management
