Occupational Therapist PRN

Trinity Rehab Services is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist to work across Skilled Nursing and Outpatient services in the Newton Falls area.  Requires weekend coverage with occasional assistance during the week. 
You’ll join a collaborative, person-centered team with strong onsite support and realistic expectations.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide OT services/evaluations
• Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
• Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
• Complete documentation efficiently and accurately

What We’re Looking For:

• OH  Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Pending licensure
• New graduates encouraged to apply
