Production Associate - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting the packaging, labeling, and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Franklin, MA

Pay Rate: $16.00/Hr

Shift: Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm (Possible OT)

What's the Job?

• Opening boxes with items from vendors, primarily clothing and accessories
• Tagging and scanning items accurately
• Placing items into new boxes for shipment
• Labeling items with stickers and preparing them for delivery
• Loading pallets efficiently to ensure timely dispatch

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic
• Physical ability to lift and move boxes and pallets
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
