Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Support interventional radiology, including embolizations and thrombectomies.
- Monitor patients and report critical information to the care team.
- Maintain and operate various medical devices and equipment.
- Ensure sterile technique and maintain equipment cleanliness.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide coverage for weekends as required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab environment.
- Certification in BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (R) or RCIS required.
- Experience with EP, IR, and vascular interventions.
- Proficient in hemodynamic monitoring and rhythm interpretation.
- Experience with the Philips X-Ray System and variety of thrombectomy devices preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
