Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Assist in coronary diagnostic and interventions including coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, and cardiac arrhythmias.
- Prepare and maintain sterile field and equipment for procedures.
- Monitor patients undergoing catheterization procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
- Document patient data accurately within the electronic health record system.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding cardiac procedures and recovery.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Cath Lab Tech.
- Current certification in ARRT and Fluoro Permit required.
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Excellent understanding of peripheral diagnostic and intervention procedures.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
