• Ability to work efficiently during busy periods
• Comfortable working the grill, fryer, sauté, prep and other kitchen stations
• Ability to follow recipes, portions and food-safety procedures
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• Must be able to work some evenings and weekends
