Companion Care Needed - Now Hiring

I need a hands-on care provider for my mother in her 70s. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.), cleaning her apartment, feeding 2 cats and cleaning litter box, meal pick-up from the senior center or meal prep, possible assistance with personal hygiene and dressing, while she recovers from a foot surgery on 10/12 with a 2-3 week recovery period. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with cats, and someone experienced caring for people with cognitive decline (my mom gets confused and forgetful and has unbridled ADHD these days).
