Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: She is living in assisted living but they are not getting her medications or taking her blood pressure when she needs them. She does not want to move so I need someone who can go in twice a day and make sure the correct medications are given and that her BP is taken twice a day. About the care needs: She has dementia so someone with patience is a must. She is very friendly but is starting to get a bit paranoid.
