I’m looking for someone reliable, caring, and trustworthy who can provide childcare in my home. I am paying completely out of pocket, so I’m looking for someone who can be reasonable and flexible with pricing. I would prefer to agree on a set daily rate rather than an hourly rate, especially for longer days. I’m hoping to find someone consistent who is comfortable working with my family long-term.
