As a **Part-Time Barista** , you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages while creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience. The Barista will help maintain a clean and organized beverage station while consistently upholding Tahoe Provisions’ standards for quality and service. **Key Responsibilities:** + Prepare and serve coffee, tea, espresso beverages, and other menu items according to established standards. + Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient service. + Take orders accurately and process cash and credit card payments. + Answer guest questions about beverage offerings and menu items. + Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked barista station. + Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures. + Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers. + Support the team during busy periods and perform additional duties as assigned. + Uphold all Tahoe Provisions policies, standards, and procedures. **Qualifications:** + A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced hospitality environment. + Refined verbal and written communication skills. + Previous barista, café, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred. + Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure. + Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude. + Ability to stand for extended periods of time. + Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, required. + Ability to safely lift and carry supplies as needed.
