Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Filler Packer for our client. This job is responsible for performing filling, packing, pumping, drumming, and material handling duties to support various operations. This position works as part of a team to label and package quality adhesives in various size containers while maintaining a clean work area and ensuring products are ready to ship on time.

What’s a Typical Day Like?
- Perform filling and packing work assignments.
- Perform pumping and drumming duties.
- Handle materials to support various operations.
- Label and package adhesives in various size containers.
- Work with a team to prepare products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Support daily production and packaging operations.
- Follow required safety and PPE procedures.
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.
- Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Union membership required after 30 days of employment.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
- Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
- Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Communication skills.
