Maintenance Technician

The facility is actively hiring a Maintenance Technician to support building safety, preventative maintenance, and daily operational readiness. The Maintenance Technician plays an important role in maintaining a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. As a Maintenance Technician, reliability, responsiveness, and strong problem-solving skills are essential to daily success.

• Full-Time Days (9AM - 5PM) | Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks as a Maintenance Technician

• Address repairs, work orders, and preventative maintenance needs

• Monitor building systems, equipment, and facility conditions

• Identify and report safety, maintenance, and environmental concerns

• Perform routine inspections to help ensure the facility remains safe and operational

• Ensure maintenance activities are completed in accordance with safety standards and facility procedures

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed

• Maintain accurate records of completed work and maintenance activities

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational needs

• Support a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors

Qualifications

• Maintenance, facilities, or building operations experience preferred

• Knowledge of basic building systems and equipment

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Reliable, responsive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
