Warehouse/Forklift Operator

*MUST be available to work 12-hour shifts and have flexible availability
*MUST be certified to operate a sit-down forklift

*valid DL required 
*MUST be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift

Summary/Objective
Warehouseman will perform general warehouse and material handling duties in an unairconditioned warehouse environment. This position requires the ability to stand and lift throughout the entire shift, operate warehouse equipment, use computer systems, and work effectively as part of a team.

Primary Responsibilities:
· Performs general warehouse and material handling duties in a safe and efficient manner
· Operates sit-down forklift and is willing to learn to operate order picker and reach truck
· Uses SAP and Outlook to complete warehouse-related tasks and communicate with team members
· Loads, unloads, moves, stages, and organizes materials throughout the warehouse
· Performs frequent lifting of materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
· Maintains a safe, clean, and orderly work area in accordance with company safety requirements
· Works weekends when needed or for special projects
· Follows all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements

Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of recent, verified work history with no gaps in employment
· High school diploma or GED preferred
· Valid sit-down forklift certification required
· SAP and Outlook computer experience required
· Willingness to learn and operate order picker and reach truck
· Must be able to work 12-hour shifts with flexible hours
· Must be available for shift start times as early as 4:00 AM
· Must be able to stand and lift for the entire shift
· Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
· Must be comfortable working in an unairconditioned warehouse
· Dependable transportation required
· Steel-toed shoes required
· Must be willing to submit to random alcohol and drug testing
· Good attitude, teamwork, work ethic, and attendance are required
