Product Compliance Analyst Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $25–$28/hour
- 7-Month Contract
Product Compliance Analyst Responsibilities:
- Process customer compliance requests and documentation for existing and new product offerings
- Prepare Safety Data Sheets (SDS), hazard communication materials, and customer statements
- Communicate product compliance requirements to internal teams and external customers
- Research and resolve customer compliance inquiries, escalating issues when necessary
- Manage and maintain tank state registrations and compliance-related records
- Compile product delivery, storage, and regulatory information for customer and company use
- Support the review and approval process for product documentation and deliveries
- Complete, file, and maintain required regulatory reports, applications, notifications, and records
Product Compliance Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Physical Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Safety Data Sheets (SDS), chemical documentation, or regulatory databases preferred
- 1–3 years of business, compliance, regulatory, or customer-focused experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams
