Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Sales Representative to develop new business and build strong relationships with companies in the local market. This position is responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their staffing needs, presenting staffing solutions, and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people, making connections, and working toward measurable goals. Staffing or recruiting experience is a plus, but candidates with a strong background in sales, customer service, or business development are encouraged to apply.
Key Requirements:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, and in-person visits
- Research prospective companies and identify potential staffing needs
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Learn about clients’ workforce needs and recommend appropriate staffing solutions
- Obtain new job orders and communicate staffing requirements to the recruiting team
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify additional staffing opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client contacts, job orders, and follow-ups
- Attend networking events, job fairs, community events, and other business development opportunities
- Meet established sales and business development goals
- Collaborate with recruiters and branch staff to ensure client positions are filled efficiently
- Stay informed about local employment trends, industries, and workforce needs
- Represent the company professionally in the community and with clients
Job Requirements
- Previous sales, business development, staffing, recruiting, or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and conducting in-person client visits
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent follow-up and problem-solving abilities
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client visits
Shifts:
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Duration:
