Job Description

Four Stars Finance is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Lease Return Coordinator to manage the end-of-lease process and ensure a seamless experience for customers, lenders, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Handle scheduling for lease inspections and returns.

• Communicate with D&M sales staff, lenders, and customers regarding the status of maturing leases.

• Issue notices and invoices related to end-of-lease charges, using sound discretion within Word and Adobe.

• Perform monthly lender reporting and ensure accurate documentation with Excel

• Calculate payoff figures and coordinate with the accounting team for lender payments.

• Track and report key metrics related to lease returns within Excel

• Strategically manage the end-of-term lease portfolio to optimize results through proactive communication with customers and the sales team

• Analyze gains and losses to improve financial performance with Excel

• Collaborate in a team environment and assist management as needed.

• Must be comfortable handling customer interactions over the phone and email

Qualifications:

• Prior experience of at least 2+ years working in customer service with high call volume. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating via email and phone.

• Strong customer service and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required

• A strong work ethic and ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities by multitasking

This position will be an in-office role in our Addison office, M-F, and the hours worked can be 9-6 or 8:30-5:30

Salary range is $50-65K
