Position Summary:

The Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling the day-to-day movement of goods within the warehouse, including receiving incoming shipments, preparing outbound orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a strong focus on safety and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

? Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.

? Unload deliveries and properly store materials in designated warehouse locations.

? Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.

? Load outbound shipments and ensure proper documentation is completed along with proper strapping and securing of product.

? Safely and properly operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.

? Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

? Assist with labeling, packaging, and staging of products for shipment.

? Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.

? Report any discrepancies, related to orders or inventory to management promptly.

? Report to management and move out of inventory any product with damages or issues.

? Rotate Trucks in docks as they are loaded and payloads are secured.

? Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

? 1?3 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred

? Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.

? Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus)

? Must have a valid and clean driver?s license

? Strong attention to detail and accuracy

? Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment

? Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry

? Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

? Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Schedule:

? Monday ? Friday 10AM-6PM

? On-site (Rahway, NJ)

Pay: $18-$20 per hour based on experience
