Dietary Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dietary staff to ensure efficient and effective food service delivery

• Assess patient/resident needs and develop individualized meal plans to meet those needs

• Conduct daily kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with dietary standards and regulations

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient/resident nutrition plans, food service operations, and inventory management

• Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive care and services to patients/residents

• Ensure adherence to infection control and hazard analysis protocols

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless coordination with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient care and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Experience as a Dietary Supervisor or related role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Strong knowledge of dietary regulations and standards
