We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented full time Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and team members. As a Concierge, you will play an important role in enhancing the resident experience by providing information, assisting visitors, managing front desk operations, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to hospitality and excellence.

Position Details

• Position: Full-Time Concierge
• Shift: Day Shift
• Pay Range: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour (final compensation is based on the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background).

What You'll Do

• Greet residents, visitors, vendors, and team members with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Assist residents and guests with information, directions, and general support.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front desk environment.
• Coordinate visitor sign-in procedures and provide security-conscious access support.
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Support community events, activities, and special programs as needed.
• Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure resident needs are addressed promptly.
• Provide administrative support and complete assigned clerical duties.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, reception, concierge, or administrative experience preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency with computer systems and common office software.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
• Passion for serving older adults and creating exceptional resident experiences.
• Ability to read and speak English
