Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle concerns with a strong focus on drivability and automotive diagnostics
• Perform testing to accurately identify mechanical and vehicle-performance issues
• Complete automotive repairs based on confirmed diagnostic findings
• Use diagnostic equipment and scan tools to support accurate troubleshooting
• Perform and document digital vehicle inspections using Tekmetric
• Work efficiently within a high-volume automotive repair environment
• Maintain accurate repair information and communicate findings through the shop's workflow

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
• Advanced automotive diagnostic and drivability skills
• Experience testing, diagnosing, and repairing vehicle concerns
• Ability to work across a varied mix of domestic, Asian, European, and fleet vehicles
• Comfortable using automotive diagnostic equipment and scan tools
• Digital vehicle inspection experience is helpful but not required
• ASE certifications are not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay: $35/hour
• Pay schedule: Weekly
• Production bonus: 35 billed hours — $200 bonus
• Production bonus: 40 billed hours — $300 bonus
• Production bonus: 45 billed hours — $400 bonus
• Production bonus: 50 billed hours — $600 bonus
• Production bonus: 55 billed hours — $800 bonus
• Production bonus: 60 billed hours — $1,000 bonus
