Valve Assembler - Now Hiring

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is seeking a Valve Assembler to join their team. As a Valve Assembler, you will support the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and inspection of industrial products while ensuring compliance with quality and performance standards. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical work instructions and procedures.

Job Title: Valve Assembler

Location: Orchard Park, NY

Pay Range: $22/hour

Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

• Assemble valves and valve components according to established procedures.
• Set up and operate specialized testing equipment used to diagnose, test, and validate high-pressure valve products.
• Perform functional testing and accurately record test results.
• Compare test results to specifications and make adjustments to meet order requirements.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of testing and shop equipment.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of manufacturing, assembly, testing, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and recordkeeping.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
