Now Hiring: Customer Service / Call Desk Coordinator
Irvine, CA | $19 - $22/hr | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and create service tickets
• Manage and update customer ticket queues
• Route calls and service requests to the appropriate teams
• Coordinate communication between customers and Field Engineers
• Schedule and coordinate onsite service visits
• Follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution
• Enter daily transactions and maintain accurate customer records
• Log customer interactions and sales calls in company software

Qualifications

• Experience entering daily transactions, updating customer profiles, and logging sales calls in company software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a small team environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Customer service experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of business phone systems, including call transfers and conference calling
• Training provided
